Presentation Overview
In today's presentation, I will show you:
- How to create an account
- Where to download the software once you have an account
- What to download, including additional packages
If you already have a customer portal account and can successfully log in, please proceed to Part 2 of this YouTube clip. In Part 1, I will guide you through the introduction and account creation process.
Creating an Account
The first step is to create an account. Use the link provided in the description below this YouTube video. Once you click on it, a page similar to the ANSYS Customer Portal will appear. You will need to either sign up or sign in. For now, we assume you don't have an account yet, so we will sign up.
Steps to Sign Up
- Click on the "Sign Up" button.
- Enter a random email address and click "Continue". If you use an email address already associated with an account, it will redirect you to the sign-in section.
- Request a verification code. If the code doesn't appear in your inbox, you can resend it.
- Enter the verification code received via email.
- Fill in your first name, last name, password, and confirm the password.
- Decide whether to use a phone number or an email address for future verification. Choose based on your convenience and travel habits.
Account Information
Enter the following mandatory information:
- Email address
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Job title
- Company name and address
If you are a customer, you will need an account number from your account manager. If you are associated with our company, please email us at support@ozeninc.com to obtain this number. It is also part of your email package when you receive your license.
Finalizing Account Creation
Once you have entered all the required information, click "Create Account". If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us or the ANSYS support team with a screenshot of your issue and your account number.
Conclusion
At this point, you should have successfully created your account. In the next video, I will address the most common questions: what to download and how to download. Have a great day, and thank you for watching!

You need to use this link, which I'm going to provide in the description below this YouTube clip. Once you click on this, a similar page like this pops up. Let's go to the website. Once you click on the link, it's the ANSYS customer portal. You either need to sign up or sign in.
But for now, we assume we don't have an account yet. So we're going to sign up. Once you click on the sign up, the website takes you here. I'm going to use a random email address and click continue. After this, I'm going to go to my email. There is an email that shows in my account.
The verification code is in the email. I'm going to copy that. Then I'm going to paste it here. After that, I'm going to click on continue. At this point, I need to put my first name, last name, password, and confirm the password. After this step is done, I'm going to use my account number.
The email address is your first name and last name. Phone number is mandatory. Job title is mandatory. Then I'm going to put my company name, address, address city, and country. Once you put this information, click continue, and you are all set.
If there is an error or for any reason it gives you an issue, please feel free to reach out to us and we will take care of that. There is also ANSYS committee help that you can email, take a screenshot of your issue, and send it to them.
Please don't forget to give them the account number when you're sending out that email. So to this point, we were able to make the account. In the next video, I'm going to show you the most common question, what to download and how to download. Have a great day. Thanks for watching.
